Using the service

Use ToolsOrigin lawfully and only with information or files you are entitled to use. Do not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorised access, bypass its safeguards or misuse another person’s information or the contact channels.

You are responsible for the information you enter and for checking whether a result fits your purpose. Review the method and limitations described by each tool. Calculations and generated documents do not provide professional accounting, financial, tax or legal advice.

Your files and local drafts

Processing a file with ToolsOrigin does not give us ownership of it. Keep important source files and check generated files before sharing or using them.

Local drafts are a browser convenience, not a backup service. They may be lost if site data is cleared or the browser cannot retain them. Download or otherwise keep the work you need.

Site content and availability

The site’s original software, visual design, text and branding belong to VHUSIKI SOFTWARE (PTY) LTD or its licensors. These terms do not transfer that ownership; third-party licences continue to apply to their respective materials.

Tools, supported formats and guidance may change. We do not guarantee that every page will always be available or free from errors. Check the current guidance when a change could affect your use.

Your rights and questions
